The YYAS program is a scholarship program designed to encourage talented African students to pursue a career in fields such as science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

The scholarship provides full tuition and fees for two years of undergraduate study at any U.S. college or university. In addition, the program provides $25,000 per year in financial assistance for four years of graduate study at a U.S. college or university.

The YYAS scholarship is open to students who are nationals of countries in Africa, and who are not currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program or a graduate program at a U.S. college or university.
